Every collection here started with an idea. If something is missing from your desktop — a mood, a season, a subject, a world — we'd genuinely love to hear about it. We read every suggestion personally and cherry-pick the ones that resonate. If yours is chosen, give us about two weeks. Every image earns its place on our own desktop before it graduates to yours.

What makes a good suggestion

A feeling, not just a subject

"Autumn forests at dusk" is stronger than "trees." The more evocative, the better.

A world worth wandering

Places real or imagined, familiar or exotic — anywhere a desktop could transport you.

Warmth over edge

The Dragon leans toward wonder and beauty. Atmospheric is welcome. Disturbing is not.

Something you'd actually use

The best test: would you put it on your own desktop? If yes, it belongs here.

What doesn't fit here

  • Horror, gore, or anything meant to disturb
  • Race cars, cybercities, or hyper-modern tech aesthetics
  • Anime or manga styles
  • Content featuring real people
  • Anything not suitable for a shared workspace
